By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or recurring subscription charges. We do not store your full payment card or payment account details. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

Some products or services may be offered as subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • your subscription may automatically renew based on the billing cycle shown at checkout
  • you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method
  • you are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want to continue
  • cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments

You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard, if available, or by contacting us at contact@sieitz.com. To avoid renewal charges, we recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 24 hours before the next billing date. If a subscription payment fails, access to the subscription product or service may be paused, restricted, or cancelled.

7. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

After successful payment, your digital product may be delivered through:

  • email
  • your account dashboard
  • a private access page
  • an online platform
  • another digital delivery method stated on the product page

Delivery is usually immediate, but delays may occur due to payment verification, technical issues, or system maintenance. If you do not receive your product or access instructions, please contact us at contact@sieitz.com with your order details.

8. LICENSE AND USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you purchase a digital product from SIEITZ, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes, unless the product page, product license file, or checkout page states otherwise. If specific product license terms are provided, those specific terms apply to that product. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, or give away our digital products
  • upload our products to public websites, file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or repositories
  • claim our products as your own
  • copy or modify our products for resale or redistribution
  • remove copyright notices, branding, or ownership information
  • use our products for illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive purposes

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property rights to you.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on sieitz.com, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, downloads, templates, files, software, product names, and digital materials, is owned by SIEITZ or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use our content without permission, except as allowed under these Terms or the specific product license.

10. REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital, sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available, except where a refund is required by law or where the purchase qualifies under our Refund Policy. We may consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • you were charged more than once for the same product
  • you were charged the wrong amount
  • the product was not delivered and we are unable to provide access
  • the product is materially different from its description on our website
  • the product has a major technical issue that we cannot reasonably fix
  • your payment was made due to a confirmed billing or processing error

Refund requests must be sent to contact@sieitz.com within 14 days from the purchase date. Please include your name, email address, order number or payment reference, product or subscription purchased, purchase date, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank. Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us under the Refund Policy. For complete refund rules, please review our Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between this section and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will control for refund, cancellation, and billing matters.

11. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at contact@sieitz.com so we can try to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to products, subscriptions, or accounts connected to unpaid orders, reversed payments, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless another law is required to apply. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it in good faith by contacting each other. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Iloilo City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.
